Britta Klingbeil

“I am curious about the unlimited possibilities that life has to offer.”

Besides my focus as psychologist, I am interested in meditation and self-realization. To be present and conscious allows us to come closer to ourselves, to be authentic, to see reality as it is and not through projections of old conditions. It helps us to realize that we are free to create the life we really want.

For me the biggest reward is to witness the transformation of unconscious believe systems and feelings into conscious processes in order to get back into our innate role as creators of our own lives. The true power of challenges lies in its potential for self development.

Some of the topics I work with are centered around stress and Burnout, self-esteem, relationship dynamics, general psychological issues, inappropriate emotional reactions, life crises / finding meaning in life and the desire for reorientation.
