More about Constellation Work

Constellation work and the life integration process can be catalysts for self-realization. 

We sit together in a circle. Anyone who has a concern or situation presents it to me. I suggest the best way to look at the issue. Then the client selects the representatives for the aspects of their issue and the constellation work begins.

The representatives follow the energy and impulses that arise on their own with full presence, without holding anything back or doing anything consciously. It is a pure perception of thoughts, physical sensations and feelings. At the same time, what is perceived is expressed. Nothing is acted.

This makes the dynamics which are hidden inside visible. The client's task is to allow themself to be touched by what is seen. What was previously hidden and dealt with unconsciously can now be integrated.

The guidance takes place through the invisible “field of knowledge.” In this context, knowledge is something that is not only within us but is also between us and therefore, it surrounds us. We can access this field that contains all information.

My role is to express what I perceive and lead the process towards bringing clarity.

Constellation work brings us closer to our own reality and truth.
