About the Seminar

Constellation work and the Life Integration Process can be catalysts for self-realization.
My seminars are for people who are looking for support in dealing with themselves in a new way,
for people who have open questions about themselves and their lives. It could be a repetitive
pattern, a symptom, there could be an unresolved conflict with somebody or within oneself, a crisis
or a longing for self love and a deeper connection with the own truth.
I am opening a space for whatever wants to be seen in that moment.

With the help of constellations, we can see, feel and physically sense why we are experiencing this and where it
wants to lead us. What was previously hidden and dealt with unconsciously can now be seen and
integrated.

Constellation work brings us closer to our own reality and truth and supports to relax in
one's own existence.

Content:
• Guided meditations and exercises
• Phenomenological Constellation Work and Life Integration Process (LIP according to Wilfried Nelles)
• All participants can contribute their own concerns in an open group, experience themselves as a
representative or simply participate.

About myself:
• Psychologist (M.A. in Clinical Psychology) since 2016
• Alternative Practitioner for Psychotherapy since 2020
• Working as a Coach and Counselor since 3 years
• Trained in Constellation Work and Life Integration Process 2021-2025
